Built by Researchers.
Trusted by Clinicians.
Grounded in Peer-Reviewed Science.
Galaxy Diagnostics was founded by leaders in vector-borne disease research, scientists who helped define the diagnostic challenges posed by stealth pathogens like Borrelia, Bartonella, and Babesia. The tests we offer are backed by published research, and designed to support clinical decisions, not just generate results.
Every test we offer is backed by published research, and designed to support clinical decisions, not just generate results.
We’re advancing diagnostic tools that are not only more sensitive, but more actionable, helping providers move from uncertainty to evidence-based care.

Our Origin & Scientific Leadership
Galaxy Diagnostics was founded to solve one of medicine’s most persistent problems: diagnosing stealth pathogens that often go undetected by traditional tests.
With scientific roots in Bartonella research, we’ve grown to address a broader range of complex pathogens through innovations like:
- Digital PCR for up to 10x greater sensitivity for Borrelia, Babesia, and Bartonella
- Urine testing detects Lyme Borrelia in the early stages, without relying on an antibody response and helps determine ongoing infection in chronically ill patients.
- Culture-based detection and clinical relevance of Bartonella IFA Panel covering 4 clinically relevant species, including B. koehlerae
Our methods are backed by 450+ peer-reviewed studies and a team of world-renowned scientists.
How We Lead — And Why It Matters
We publish what we build
Every method is backed by peer-reviewed research, not just internal claims.
We focus on what matters
Our tests prioritize clinically relevant insights, not just more markers, so providers get meaningful results that truly guide care.
We support people, not platforms
From onboarding, clinical consults, to locating phlebotomy solutions, we partner with providers every step of the way to drive confident decision-making.
